When booking onto any of our training courses, payment must be made at the time of booking through our payment partners on our website.
0 – 14 days prior to course date – Non refundable
15 – 20 days prior to course date – A refund of 25% will be given.
21- 30 days prior to course date – A refund of 50% will be given.
30 days or more prior to course date – Full refund will be given.
Should you require to move your booked training course dates to another date, a small £5 administration fee will be payable.
Each of our courses require a minimum number of students for the course to proceed, if we cancel a course will we offer you new dates free of charge, or a full refund.
All our courses include free tea, coffee, and squash in disposable cups, and all courses have been COVID-19 risk assessed to ensure your safety and that of our staff.
All our courses are held in our training room at our main offices in Ramsgate, Kent. We ask that you wear suitable clothing, as scenarios may be inside or outside.

Invoices & Credit
If we decide to offer credit facilities to you as an individual or as a commercial entity for either medical cover or training we will raise an invoice on 15 day terms. Any invoice which becomes overdue will incur a late payment fee of £15 to cover our administration costs. When an invoice is overdue by 7 days or more, we may pass your invoice and details to our collection agents, this may incur additional fees and interest.
